Research Use Only – Final Sale Policy

All products sold on this website are intended strictly for laboratory and educational research purposes only. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds:

Sales are final, with the exceptions for damaged or incorrect orders described below.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been processed and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will only issue a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • You received an incorrect item due to our error

To qualify:

  • Email info@jandcresearchpeptide.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged or incorrect item

    • The original packaging

    • The shipping label

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect product ordered

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Orders seized or delayed due to customs or regulatory issues

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs if a return is authorized (rare and case-by-case)

Request cancellations before shipment through Contact Us in the site menu. Include your order number. If an order has shipped, you can still report a damaged or incorrect item under the policy above.
