Research Use Only – Final Sale Policy

All products sold on this website are intended strictly for laboratory and educational research purposes only. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been processed and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will only issue a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

• The product was damaged during shipping

• You received an incorrect item due to our error

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The original packaging

  • The shipping label

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect product ordered

• Improper storage or handling after delivery

• Delays caused by the carrier

• Orders seized or delayed due to customs or regulatory issues

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
